[Dnssec-trigger] Echo bug in makefile

Hi,

When I call "make install" the last message is printed twice:

  echo "It is probably good to run dnssec-trigger-control-setup (...)
  It is probably good to run dnssec-trigger-control-setup (...)

It seems due to a missing @ sign before the echo command (and there is
some others) ine the Makefile.
