[ldns-users] Drill date strageness

Hi Pásztor János,

The high verboisty (-V 5) makes drill print the query packets as well.
The dig output doesn't show query packets, just response packets.

Query packets don't have meaningful information about query time and
received bytes. I think therefore, also the timestamp was not set.

In trunk, I have added code that does set the timestamp, so you can at
least see when the query was sent. Query time and MSG SIZE rcvd stay 0,
obviously.
