BIND2NSD ?

BIND handles $INCLUDE differently than NSD.  BIND does it from the same
directory as the zone file, and NSD does it from $PREFIX.

$INCLUDE common.h         ; for BIND
$INCLUDE primary/common.h ; for NSD

Other people have mentioned some other minor things.
