[nsd-users] upgrading to NSD 3

It appears that not only is there a config file in NSD 3, but this
config file needs to be dynamically generated every time I add a zone,
along with the zone database, and transferred to all the servers. The
daemon refuses to start if it find a zone in the database that isn't in
the config file. Is there a way to disable this and just have the
daemon serve whatever is in the database? Everything is primary and
there are no secondary zone transfers going on.
